In order to prevent performance problems, Macaseinou applies knowledge-based solutions based on the cases addressed in the past, and see through performance risks occuring throughout the system life cycle.


Multivendor Control

In order to support any product including the open source architecture as well as the products manufactured by each vendor and supervise the entire system, Macaseinou contacts the vendors on behalf of our clients.

Multivendor support has the following two aspects. Both can be supported as service.

  • (1) Support for an operational layer of the platform provided by a vendor

  • (2) Support for a management layer together with vendor’s engineer

Test/Analysis Process of High Productivity Type

It is well known that performance test is very important to grasp bottlenecks and limits of a system and manage performance quality. However, in reality, a large number of clients suffer from the man-hours and quality of preparation, implementation and analysis of the test.

Macaseinou supports our client’s performance test and problem analysis by creating scenarios with an efficient scenario generator, collecting test results automatically by an analysis tool which realizes a high-quality bottleneck analysis (Macaseinou Box).
